- Set your alarm for 8 a.m.
- Get out of bed, make your bed
- Be ready to go at 9 a.m.
- Eat lunch at noon
- Eat dinner at 6 p.m.
- Be ready to go to bed at 9 p.m.
- Get in bed at 10 p.m.
You just need to be successful at one thing, in this case a schedule, that success will spill over other areas of your life.
