How To Not Get Easily Distracted

How do I not get easily distracted? Most people are easily distracted because they don't have a plan for what they should be doing. So, if I have a vision for what I want to create in my life. Do you know what you should be doing to build your future? If you have the plan, you then understand what you're giving up.
