Joy And Depression Can Not Reside In The Same Space - Lehi Alcantara Motivational Quotes

The one way to coach your mind from depression is with gratitude. Everytime I feel myself not starting to feel some kind of way just take a paper and pencil out, just start writing down everything you have to be grateful for. Whatever it is: Your health, you can walk, you can still see, you have a car, may not be the one you want, I got a bus pass, I have clothing, I have a place to live, I ate today, I see a way that I can eat tomorrow, I got a friend that I can call and share my troubles with. Just be real detailed with it. You would be stunned! Stunned how long you will be writing!

Now let me tell you what happens. Gratitude erases all negativity, because there's no room now for negativity. It's not a magic trick! Joy and depression can not reside in the same space! Those two things can not exist at the same time. Also what it does it changes your focus, from what you don't have to what you do have. Gratitude changes your perception, your perception changes your existence. That's all you're trying to do. After you've done that here is what I want you to do, write a list, after you make this list of everything you're grateful for, I want you to read this list every morning you wake up of everythig you're grateful for. After you've thanked him for all this stuff. I want you to take another another piece of paper out and write everything you want. Now what he is going to do is tie these two list together. So now since you're showing me all this gratitude for what I've already done for you, remember I said: The more grateful you are the more stuff he'll give you to be grateful for. He is going to take this other list you got (the wants list) and he is going to start putting it on this side (the gratitude side). Then he is going to take some more stuff from wants list and put it into the gratitude list. He will keep doing that.

If y'all don't think that works. I wish you try it! Listen to me, I have no other explanation for my life. I do it every single day! And you know what he does? Slowly but surely he takes this wants list and he starts taking items and putting it on the grateful list. He has done it for me like that for years and years and years! He did it for me without an education! He did it for me when I lost my mama and daddy, my brother my best friend, he did it for me when they cancelled my tv shows! He did it for me when I said the wrong name at the pageant! He keeps taking stuff off my wants list and putting it on my grateful for list! If you do these things right there you'll change your whole life!

You owe me for the years not the minutes - Lehi Alcantara Motivational Quotes

If I do a job in 30 minutes, it's because I spent 10 years to learn how to do it in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years , not the minutes. Mastery creates efficiency. And mastery has tremendous value. When someone completes a task quickly and skillfully, it’s not just the moment you’re paying for. You're paying for the decade of learning, failure, repetition, and refinement behind it. Speed is not cheap. It's earned. Example #1: A graphic designer creates a logo in under an hour. Why it matters: That logo represents years of learning typography, color theory, brand psychology, and countless hours refining their creative process. Example #2: A software developer fixes a critical bug in 15 minutes. Why it matters: They’re not lucky...they’ve spent years learning systems, syntax, and patterns that allow them to instantly identify and solve issues others would spend hours on. ...
